Wednesday Dinner

Well today we had home made pesto and pasta.

Pesto
1 bunch of corriander
splash of lemon
splash of oil (to bind)
half a cup of pine nuts


Blend all ingredients in the blender or whizz and then pour (or scrape) over cooked pasta and serve.


Use gluten free pasta for a gluten free dish
